Returns & Refunds : Items not required :
We aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, to give you additional confidence, we will allow you to return any item if it is not what you require within 30 days of receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the costs for returning the goods to us. If a product is returned damaged (packaging or the product) we will only refund you to the amount we feel the product is now worth. We will provide evidence of the damage to justify the partial refund. So if you are responsible for returning the product please make sure the product is protected.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied, Damaged Items & Warranty:
If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty then please contact us by either calling us on 01763 262826 or by emailing us on the contact us section. Through either of these means we will then arrange with you how to get the incorrectly supplied product back to us and the correct product to you. All products are supplied with a warranty with a minimum of a year. If you product goes wrong within a year or even after a year please contact us and we can look into getting the product repaired/replaced free of charge.

Even if your product is out of warranty and you would like it repaired. Some of our Suppliers have means to repair the product from their warehouses. They charge a reasonable parts and labour rate as a potentially cheaper alternative than replacing what could be a quality product that only needs something small to keep it going.

If you have purchased clothing from us or wearable products (gloves, safety glasses etc) they must be returned with their original packing, labels must still be attached to the product (if they were attached) and must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you. If one of these are not completed a refund will NOT be processed and you will have to pay for the postage back to you if you would like the product back.

ALL products must be reported as damaged within 10 working days from the delivery for Return or Warranty Replacement. If not chargeable alternatives are in place to solve customers issues (Three Star, a customer pays for another product and returns the damaged item once the product is returned and is evaluated the product will either be fully refunded to the customer if it is deemed as the courier damaged the product or the customer will not be refunded and stuck with the cost of the original product. General Return: The customer returns the product to us which they will be responsible for. Upon receiving the product, we will evaluate the product and a partial refund will be given for a damaged item)

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the goods and any carriage costs within 30 days.
