Delivery:
When you order goods from our website the cost of delivery is included within the cost of the product. Our aim is to keep all products in stock at our warehouse or at our suppliers (Sealey and Draper Tools) for fast delivery.

Although we don't guarantee it, we always aim to dispatch all orders placed before 9am the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). In some instances, where stock is held at our suppliers, shipping may take an extra day (generally products under £100). As soon as orders are dispatched you will receive an email stating that your goods have been passed to the courier for delivery.

While we are responsible for the supply of the goods to your chosen place of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any failure on the part of the courier to fulfil delivery to their promised level of service. While we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction and with your permission will even contact the courier on your behalf, in some cases, you may wish to contact the courier direct. If you are at any time dissatisfied with the level of service from the courier please refer to the chosen courier's terms and conditions.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Deliveries take 2-3 working days (estimate, it can take up to 10 working days for a Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel to be delivered)

Supplier Deliveries can take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

If you need the item sooner or sent to another country please contact us through the contact us page and we can arrange other delivery options through our suppliers or through Royal Mail.

Stock availability:
We endeavor to keep in stock, or available, all items that we advertise for sale, however there can be occasions where this is not the case, which could be as a result of production difficulties, unexpected demand or any other reason. In the event that a product is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you to ask you whether you would like us to supply a suitable alternative product or would like to be placed on back order until the item is back in stock again. If the product is not available with an estimated time of arrival to our supplier we can only quote 4-6 weeks. We will not supply you with an alternative product unless we receive instruction from you that you wish us to do so. If you opt not to purchase an alternative product or be placed on back order, we will refund the full value of the product and any applicable carriage charges.

Risk and Title:
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Pricing:
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. The only possible additional charge above the price quoted for the item is a carriage charge.

The VAT element of each purchase is clearly detailed on the invoice that will be provided to you.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
